How long will it take to get my order?

1-2 weeks, Most items are ready to ship. All orders will have a tracking number. 

*RECEIVE YOUR ORDER BY DECEMBER 24TH, IF YOU ORDER BEFORE DECEMBER 10TH*

 

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

We do not accept returns/exchanges/refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are shipping internationally to Canada, UK, & Europe. Sign up to our emails to get updates.

 

Can I change my order after it is placed?

All items are final sale. No changes can be made once the order is placed or shipped. This includes: change of item or address. Please make sure to double check address & all other spelling before checking out.

 

I wanted to get another item but it is sold out, what can I do?

We are so excited that you love our products. We will try to restock the same item. Please keep in mind that most products will be limited edition.

 

My order arrived damaged, What can be done?

We are so sorry that your item arrived damaged! We have packaged every order with extra love & magic. Royal Mouse Shop is not responsible for any damages/lose/delays/stolen packages once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Any questions regarding those should be directed to the shipping carrier UPS/USPS.

 

Are all products handmade?

Yes, all products are 100% handmade with love, so there may be a slight difference in the picture vs the item you receive. There may also be slight imperfections or inconsistencies in the wood. We work hard to bring you top quality, magically made products!
